The Mason County Royals Concert Band earned a Distinguished Rating at the KMEA District 8 Concert Band Festival. This is the fifth year in a row that the concert band has earned a Distinguished Rating at this event, and the second time that they have received a Distinguished rating from all four adjudicators. The band will next perform at the KMEA State Concert Band Festival in early May. The band will present its spring Pops Concert on Thursday, May 22 at 7 p.m. in Fields Auditorium on the campus of Maysville Community and Technical College.
