The 21st annual Chocolate Festival is April 19-20 in Historic Washington. The streets will be flowing with chocolate (figuratively). Compete in contests and enjoy the museums, shops, horse-drawn carriage rides, a pirate ship ride, and lots of games. Of course, after eating all that chocolate, a brisk walk might be in order, chubs.
