A week off and ready to go! Thanks and congratulations to everyone who made the Relay For Life of Mason County a massive success, even though it was stormed out by 7:30pm. Weather notwithstanding, a good time was had by all, and around $60,000 was raised for cancer research, awareness and support programs. The County Fair concept was spot on, with (as usual) amazing support from Maysville Public Works and the Rec Park. I say it all the time on the air--the city's support is the bedrock on which all of the events you enjoy every year is based upon. There are none better.
