American Karaoke--sorry, American IDOL--will hold two rounds of auditions in Louisville next month. The initial round of preliminary auditions will take place July 21st at Freedom Hall. Follow-up auditions will take place in early September at Churchill Downs. American Idol is looking for men and women 16 to 28 years old as of July 15, 2008, who are eligible to work in the US. Wristbands will be distributed July 19-20. If you get a wristband, you will be asked to return to Freedom Hall on July 21.
